DealMate is a social classifieds platform that functions as a venue for users to share, upload, and exchange their own content. DealMate is not responsible for and does not endorse any content posted by its users.

USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENT UPLOADED. This includes ensuring that all photos, videos, music, and other materials strictly comply with all relevant copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. User Responsibility and Indemnity

By uploading any content to DealMate, the user explicitly confirms that they own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions.

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DealMate against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from any intellectual property infringement claims related to the content they have posted.

3. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown)

DealMate respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Takedown Notice alleging copyright infringement, DealMate will:

1. Acknowledge Receipt: Confirm the receipt of the notice.

2. Review and Process: Promptly review the claim.

3. Removal Upon Verification: All reported content that is verified as infringing will be removed from the platform as quickly as possible upon completion of the review process.
